With ref to RBI guidelines RBI/2019-20/142 DPSS.CO.PD No.1343/02.14.003/2019-20 dated 15th January ,2020 regarding enhanced security of card transactions, all the Debit cards that will be issued / reissued/renewed from 09th Oct,2020 onwards will have the default feature of usage at only ATM and contact POS(Point of Sale) in India .
